Delete Your Account

Habanero's LLC allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

You may request deletion by:

• Using the "Delete Account" feature within the mobile application (if available).

• Completing the Data Deletion Request Form on our website.

• Emailing habanerosllc@yahoo.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

• Calling (605) 438-2200.

What Information Will Be Deleted

Upon verification of your identity, we will delete:

• Account profile information

• Saved preferences

• Marketing preferences

• Order history associated with your account where legally permitted

• Other personal information maintained in our systems

Information We May Retain

We may retain certain information when required for:

• Tax and accounting records

• Fraud prevention

• Security investigations

• Legal compliance

• Dispute resolution

• Enforcement of agreements

Retained information will only be kept for the period required by applicable law.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days of verification.
